Export
The JSON backup includes favorites, EPUB/PDF progress, bookmarks, annotations and notes, reading activity, reader settings, and personal-book metadata.
Personal EPUB/PDF files are not included. Re-import the matching files after restoring; their SHA-256 identity is used to reconnect them safely.
Restore
Every category present in the selected backup replaces that category in this browser. Categories omitted from a partial backup are left unchanged.
The complete file is validated before anything changes. If a write fails, Library attempts to restore the state that existed before the import.
