A Note on Scripture, Statistics, and Terminology

Unless otherwise indicated, Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible. Contemporary mission statistics are attributed to their source and methodology where material. The phrase low-resource language refers to the availability of digital or computational resources for a particular task, not to the value or sophistication of a language. Church is capitalized when referring to the universal Church in a theological sense and lowercased for local churches or churches generally.
