Write a four-line description of God’s character.

Reorder one part of today’s schedule. 2 Exod. 34:5–8 God is holy, merciful, faithful, and just.

Which false picture needs correction? Praise each named perfection.

3 Ps. 63 God’s steadfast love is better than life. What gift competes with the Giver? Express thirst honestly.

Fast from one distraction for an hour. 4 Ps. 73:21–28 God is the believer’s portion. What loss feels ultimate? Confess envy or fear.

Thank God for himself, not only gifts. 5 John 1:1–18 The Son makes the Father known. What does Jesus reveal about God? Read one Gospel scene slowly. 6 John 3:14–21 God gives the Son to save. Are you receiving or hiding from the light? Confess one concrete sin. 7 Rom. 5:1–11 Christ died for enemies and brings peace.

Do you relate as slave or child? Address God as Father in prayer.

List what is objectively true in Christ. Encourage someone with one gospel truth. 8 1 John 4:7–21 We love because God first loved us. Where are you trying to be the source? Serve one person without recognition. 9 Ezek. 36:22–28 God gives a new heart and Spirit. What desire needs renewal? Pray before a difficult obedience. 10 Rom. 8:1–17 No condemnation and adoption belong together.

Which command is delayed? Begin the first clear step.

11 John 14:15–27 Love keeps Christ’s word with the Spirit’s help.

12 John 15:1–17 Fruit grows by abiding in Christ’s love. Where are you acting independently? Pray a passage back to Christ. 13 Ps. 42 Love can thirst while cast down. Name the actual condition of your soul. Tell one trusted believer the truth.

What thought pattern needs truth? Record three gifts and one anxiety. 17 Rom. 12:1–2 Mercy leads to embodied worship. Which bodily habit needs renewal? Change one practical cue or environment. 18 Col. 3:1–17 Union with Christ reshapes character and community.

Practise patient listening.

What must be put off and put on? Replace one sinful pattern with a contrary act. 19 1 Cor. 13:1–13 Gift and knowledge without love are empty.

Where are you impressive but impatient?

What treasure directs your worry? Give or share something valuable.

20 1 John 3:16–24 Love lays down life in concrete action. Whose need have you only noticed? Meet one practical need. 21 Matt. 5:43–48 The Father calls us to enemy-love. Who is difficult to bless? Pray specifically for an enemy. 22 Matt. 6:19–34 The Father frees from divided service and anxious mastery.

Is your love culturally narrow? Pray for one unreached people.

What makes stillness difficult? Spend ten device-free minutes with Christ’s words. 24 Eph. 6:10–20 God supplies armor for resistance. Which lie or accusation is active? Contact an accountability partner. 25 Hab. 3:16–19 Joy can endure material loss. What circumstance controls gratitude? Write a lament and a statement of trust. 26 2 Cor. 5:14–21 Christ’s love makes ambassadors. Who needs to hear reconciliation? Initiate one gospel conversation. 27 Rev. 7:9–12 God gathers worshipers from every people.

28 Heb. 10:19–25 Christ opens access and forms a persevering community.

Who helps you hold fast? Encourage and meet with a believer. 29 Phil. 3:7–16 Knowing Christ relativizes every gain. What achievement defines you? Surrender one ambition to God’s will. 30 Rev. 21:1–5; 22:1–5 God will dwell with his people and renew all things.

How does the end reorder the present? Write a final prayer of hope and commitment.
